Jewish learning meets culinary school. We welcome the return of this popular program, taught by Barry Lander and Rabbi Devorah.
Cost is $180 per person for the whole series or per class for $36. Classes will be held at the Temple.

Pet Food for San Diego Humane Society
The San Diego Humane Society provides a wide range of services, including pet adoption and fostering, training, vaccination, lost and found, and more. Many people may not know that they also operate a Community Pet Pantry, supporting families and pets who need a little extra help.
The Pantry has distributed over 1,700,000 meals for pet families in 2024. To help this effort, we are collecting non refrigerated pet food for dogs, cats, rabbits and guinea pigs. Food may be canned or dry. Opened bags are accepted if they are in the original packaging. Please limit size to no more than 20 pound bags to make delivery easier.
Bring your donations to the white Social Action barrel in the lobby of the Temple office and Social Action members will make sure they are delivered. If it is easier, you may bring your donations directly to the Humane Society’s Gaines St. facility.
